During intense testing of an AUBO i5 at our factory, we found it very reliable and versatile. It’s a collaborative robot that suits the Thai market as well as our requirements on quality and user-friendliness.
Positive Findings
After this positive outcome, we decided to approach AUBO headquarters in China to talk about our opportunities. During these conversations, AUBO noticed our expertise gained since 2013, working as system integrator and as beta-software tester with another cobot brand, several gripper makers and other automation equipment suppliers.
Finally, AUBO was happy to appoint us as their master distributor in Thailand. At the same time, we are more than happy to represent the AUBO brand.

Local Stock
Do you like to wait for months to get a new robot? We don’t like that either, so we keep stock locally in Thailand. When you need another AUBO cobot, you can receive it often in a matter of a few days only. If it’s very urgent, you can pick up stocked items the same day.
Incoming Inspection
Every AUBO collaborative robot received goes through a thorough incoming inspection before it will be released for sale. It includes not only a visual check, but also a continuous run test for at least 72 hours as well as a repeatability check. All this to make sure that nothing happened during the shipment.
Always Up To Date
Before testing and delivering to you, we make sure the latest software and firmware is installed on your AUBO. To ensure that the software and firmware is fully functionable, we test it intensely before releasing it to our customer base.

Local Repair & Replacement
Sometimes even a Mercedes or Toyota needs to go to a workshop. You rely on your AUBO equally like on your car. If it breaks down, you need to find a solution on how to fulfill the task without it. Be it going from A to B or moving parts from A to B.
In such cases, many competitors require you to send the robot abroad for a check and repair or replacement. With AUBO you have the peace of mind in knowing we keep several replacement robots for cases we can’t repair the robot in your facility. We just replace it for the time of the repair, so that your automation is carrying on as usual.
As the repair is made in Thailand, the time until you get back your mended robot is far quicker than you might be used to from the past. And after the warranty period ends, it’s even cheaper as you don’t have the cost for international shipping on your side.

We want to achieve this by making as much information publicly available as possible. This strategy enables all of you to get to know the AUBO and its possibilities better, understand the user interface and get familiar with the versatility.
Representing OnRobot, Robotiq, Zimmer, Siemens and other brands, we had the opportunity to test a variety of scenarios with the AUBO. Not only was the AUBO collaborative robot able to operate with all components, but it was also able to communicate in different ways. The AUBO cobot handled for example Digital I/O, Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP. So there is always a way for the AUBO to communicate with external units.
